Your Orders

When you place an order through our Web site, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that states we have received your order and also lists an order confirmation number. You can use this order confirmation number if you need to contact us regarding your order status, or if you have other questions about your order. Once we ship your order, you will receive another confirmation e-mail that states when your order was shipped, and the expected arrival date.

Order Tracking

If you have an account with our Web site, you can also use the Order Tracking feature in our Accounts section. The Order Tracking feature provides a UPS tracking number for each order. You can then use this tracking number to view the location of your package on the UPS Web site. The Accounts section also allows you to access your Order History and view order status. This information is available shortly after you place an order through our Web site.

Purchasing & Payment

joluka offers the convenience of ordering online through our Web site. Placing an order is safe and easy. Our Web site uses idustry standard SSL technology provided by Verisign to protect the information you enter into our site. Payment Options

We accept the following credit cards for payment online or by phone: American Express, Visa andMastercard. We only accept gift certificate and store credit payments at our in-store locations.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to most orders delivered to Massachusetts. Massachusetts 5% sales tax applies to all non-clothing items and clothing items where the individual purchase price exceeds $175. In this case, the sales tax is only calculated on the amount exceeding $175. Sales tax does not apply to shipping and handling charges. In cases were sales tax applies, it willl be automatically calculated and added to your order at checkout.

joluka currently ships to the United States only.

Shipping Methods

At checkout, you will be asked to select a shipping method on which your shipping charges will be based and automatically added to your order total. joluka currently offers four shipping options via UPS to destinations within the United States: UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.

Please allow 2 weeks for processing.

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii

Orders delivered to Alaska or Hawaii require an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.

Order Status

When we ship your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail that contains your order tracking number. You can then use this number to track your order online at the UPS Web site. If you are a registered account holder with our Web site, you can also access this tracking number on the Order History page in our Accounts section.
